Ms. Sandhya Venugopal Sharma is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre who has served in a variety of key administrative and technical roles during her career. Before her current appointment at TIDCO, she spent a significant period on central deputation with the Department of Space, where she served as Joint Secretary and later Additional Secretary in Bengaluru, contributing to Indian space and science administration from April 2019 to October 2025. During her deputation to the Government of Karnataka, she has anchored the Sarva Shiksha Abhigyan as State Project Director, which was funded by the Central & State Governments along with the World Bank, DFID and UNICEF and worked towards the universalization of elementary education

Earlier in her career she held diverse positions within the Tamil Nadu cadre, including Commissioner (Archives and Historical Research) and various Joint/Deputy Secretary and Controller roles in departments such as Commercial Taxes, Education, and the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, as well as district-level administrative assignments such as Assistant Collector in Chengalpattu and Tindivanam. These postings reflect her broad experience across finance, education, culture, human resources, and revenue administration prior to her current leadership role in industrial development.

Mr. Afzal is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Non-executive Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Afzal’s experience spans corporate finance, business performance, investments, governance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, fund raising/ treasury management, people/talent management, legal etc.,

A professional across 25 years of experience in manufacturing and service industry. Mr. Afzal brings deep financial experience and significant understanding of the business and risk management.

Mr. Afzal was the CFO of Anupam Rasayan India Limited and he serves on the Board of ARIL Fluorospeciality Private Limited.

Mr. R Karthikeyan

Mr. Karthikeyan is an Engineering and a Management graduate. He is the Senior General Manager – Projects at Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited. He has hand on experience in conceptualising, evaluating and developing industrial and infrastructure projects. His role is to facilitate the joint venture Companies and obtaining approval from various Government department for smooth operations.

He serves on the Board of Mahindra World City Developers Limited, Tamilnadu Engineering Innovation Centre Limited, Ascendas IT Park (Chennai) Limited, TANFLORA Infrastructure Park Limited, Sree Maruthi Marine Industries Limited, Jayakondam Lignite Power Corporation Limited, Suvarna Florex Limited , Systems Testing and Research for Advanced Materials Foundation and Tiruchirapalli Engineering and Technology Cluster.

Dr. R. K. Tyagi

Dr. R.K. Tyagi is a Bachelor of Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Roorkee; MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi. Doctorate in Management Studies from Agra University.

Dr. R. K. Tyagi has a rich and vast experience of 45 years across various governmental organisations and non-governmental organisations including 14 years of experience at Board levels. He has been the Chairman and Managing Director of Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited from 2007 to 2012 and Chairman of Hindusthan Aeronautics Limited from 2012 to 2015 apart from various other Directorships across various listed and unlisted entities.

Dr. R. K. Tyagi is a seasoned professional with an expertise in the areas of Organisational Strategy, Corporate Governance, Research and Development, technology, investment and risk management. He is also a turnaround specialist in Business operations and team leadership and building alliances with specific interest in the areas of Petroleum, Aerospace, Defence & Higher Education.

With over 4 decades of rich and vast experience spanning across various aspects of finance and accounts such as corporate finance, treasury, audit, mergers & acquisitions, public issues, secretarial matters, HR, administration and legal.

Mr. Amreek Singh Sandhu has worked with various reputed companies before such as Organic Chemicals Ltd., Herman Milk foods Ltd., Gati Ltd., Ybrant Digital Ltd. and AMR India Ltd. to name a few. He has been engaged in the field of manufacturing (electronics, consumer goods, dairy products etc.), cargo, logistics, shipping, power, digital media, infrastructure and mining in his previous stints.

Dr. M. Anuradha Reddy

Dr.Anuradha Reddy is a Pioneering wellness Expert with over three decades of experience in Nutrition and Medical Dietetics. Diabetes Management from Washington state university. she is an Author, Columnist and a social worker.

Dr. Anuradha, founded Diabetes Foundation, a charitable organization significantly impacting marginalized communities including farmers, prisoners, tribal groups and people with disabilities and conducted programs for people suffering from diabetes for last three decades. She has authored books on diabetes in both Telugu and English languages and has represented India at the International Food Expo for four consecutive years and consulted for several diplomatic missions and global health organizations.
